Trail Post Ventures

Will co-founded Trail Post Ventures in 2017. Will has extensive consumer and retail industry experience in transaction oriented roles across corporate finance, investment banking and private equity.

Prior to co-founding TPV Will was a Principal at Beechwood Capital, a consumer growth equity firm, where he was actively involved in sourcing, due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities as well as the management of existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Beechwood Capital, he was a Senior Manager of Finance for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a leading retailer of coffee and tea with over 1,000 company owned and franchised stores. In addition to providing financial planning and analysis for the finance team, he assisted senior executives with due diligence for a sale of the company to a private equity led investor group.

Prior to Coffee Bean, Will was an Associate at a middle-market consumer focused private equity firm, GESD Capital Partners. Will began his career as an investment banking Analyst at William Blair and Raymond James.

Will earned a B.S. in Finance from Miami University and an M.B.A. from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
